PROPRIETOR

H R Sudarshan, the proprietor of the firm is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has about 30 years of post qualification experience. He has also completed the certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention a post qualification course conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has wide experience in statutory/ internal audit of public and private limited companies' , tax representation, structuring and consulting services under Income Tax, VAT and Service Tax.

He was a member of the policy holder's council of Life Insurance Corporation of India, Divisional Office I, Bengaluru for the financial years 2008-09 to 2011-12.
